The Vision blog isn’t what you might expect from the company that makes some of the best gels and rollerballs in the world.

Uni-Ball Gel Impact RT Broad UMN-152S Review

Uni Ball UMN 152S Black

This Uni-ball Gel Impact has a broad 1.0mm ball.  My first impression was that the black, silver & smokey grey barrel looked stylish.  It is complimented by the silver nib housing & the rubber grip is comfortable to hold.

As the ink in gel pens is opaque & thick it tends to write a bold clear line, I liked the fact that the black ink was very intense.

Pilot Rexgrip Ballpoint Pen Review Medium Tip (BPRG10RM)

I have always made a point of keeping a pen & paper in my car.  This morning, I was pleased to be able to reach into my glove compartment & pick up a Pilot Rexgrip.  Whilst taking a steady drive to the shops, somebody decided to try to park in my boot.

Details taken & not too much damage done, I thought that as I haven’t reviewed the Rexgip before I would bring it home & put it to the test.
