1. About Conway Stewart

Conway Stewart is a British Pen manufacturer that can trace its roots back to 1905, when the company was formed in London by F. Jarvis and T. Garner. They have had a turbulent history with highs like providing the British wartime prime minister Winston Churchill with their fountain pens.

More recently, in 2005, another British prime minister Tony Blair gave a Conway Stewart No 58 Fountain Pen to each one of the world leaders at a G8 summit.

In 2014 they went into administration and were bought out by a company called Bespoke British Pens.

The refills in Conway Stewart pens are made by Schmidt Technologies, a German specialist refill manufacturer that supplies pen refills and parts to the leading luxury pen brands.
